Hi, I'm Nikki, as a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist, I specialise in women's hormone and gut health, I would love to show you how the power of nutrition can help you reach your health goals, ultimately we all want to feel good within ourselves, and I know you do too.
My journey into nutrition started by my own experiences with gut and hormone imbalances in my 20s. I've walked the same road you may be on now, and I understand the challenges you face. My experiences have enabled me to understand where you may be on your health journey, but most importantly it has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to navigate through the confusion with clarity.
I'm here to help you cut through the guesswork and support you to achieve tangible results. With me, you're not just getting guidance; you're gaining a practitioner who truly understands where you are and where you want to be.
I hold a Practitioner Membership, specifically designed for qualified nutritional and complementary therapists. This membership provides me with ongoing support for medication interactions, clinical practice, business training, and exclusive access to a Drug-Nutrient Interaction Expert.
I regularly work with nutritional therapist mentors, enrol on additional courses, and continuously engage in professional development to stay at the forefront of nutritional knowledge. This ensures I can provide you, my valued client, with the most current and effective support to achieve real results. Your well-being is my top priority.
My goal is to uncover the root causes behind your symptoms so you can find relief and get back to feeling yourself again. In our first session, we'll cover a thorough Health and Symptom Review: Get a full review covering your health history and current symptoms.
Together, we will make adjustments to your diet and lifestyle to move you forwards to your health goals without the need for calorie counting, negative food labelling, or avoiding dining out. We will take this one step at a time if this is how you want to work, or if you are someone who would rather go all in that's fine too, you set the pace.
We begin with the basics, making it straightforward and manageable for you. Once we establish a solid foundation, your body will naturally start to regain balance.
I guide you and show you the transformative potential of food, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and personalised supplements, all tailored to your unique needs, so you can feel like yourself again.
